Dedicated Property Managers
Our dedicated property manager will conduct regular property inspections, providing detailed reports with photos and videos—whether weekly, monthly, or as needed. All necessary maintenance will be managed by our in-house team.
We offer flexible cleaning services, from light to deep cleans, as often as required. We also handle payments on your behalf and forward any post to you. Secure Key Holding
Your keys will be securely held at our office safe.
Experienced & Dedicated Property Manager
Your property will be assigned an experienced property manager who will be your single point of contact going forward.
Liaising with Building Management
Your dedicated property manager will introduce themselves to any building management so that any correspondence they need to do, they do it with us.
Property Inspection
Your dedicated property manager will visit and inspect your property. We have a detailed checklist that our inspectors must complete on every visit from checking all the lights, opening the water and more. You will receive an inspection report following every visit with photographs. This will be carried out monthly, but if you would like more inspections carried out weekly for example, an extra cost will be charged.
Payments of Outgoings
We will settle your outgoing payments on your behalf, from utility bills, council tax and more. No arrangement/extra fee is charged.
Collecting and Forwarding Posts
We will collect your post and send to you, or alternatively we can scan and email them to you. No arrangement/extra fee is charged.
Discounted Rates for YPS Maintenance Services
All your property maintenance will be carried out by our in-house team at a discounted rate.
24/7 Emergency Response
We provide a 24-hour emergency response service that covers any electrical, plumbing and security emergencies.
Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
We will make sure your property certificates are up to date from Gas Safety, EICR, EPC and more. No arrangement/extra fee charged.
Cleaning
From regular light cleaning to a full deep clean, we can arrange it all to ensure your property is always in a shiny and clean state. No arrangement/extra fee charged. A free light clean is included in our Platinum package. Light clean includes cleaning the bathrooms, hoovering, dust cleaning and tidying up. Costs for this is available here. Deep clean will be carried out prior to your arrival at your property when you choose our Welcome Home Package. Can also be carried out whenever you want, the costs for this is available here.
Welcome Home Package
Our Welcome Home Package ensures that your transition from your home abroad, to your home in the UK is smooth and easy. There is no better feeling than arriving to a clean home, stocked with all your daily essentials and groceries. Our Welcome Home Package includes all the below but can be customed to what you require, if you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
A one of fee of £599 + VAT for our Gold service and £299 + VAT for our Platinum service will be charged, this includes the professional deep clean, laundering all the linen, and stocking the property with all the essentials and groceries you need. The price of groceries purchased will be added on to the fee.
