Marketing & Viewings
We will market your property via our network, social platforms, property portals and more. We will also conduct viewings at the property.

Tenant & Vetting
We’ll find suitable tenants for your property and carry out thorough reference checks to ensure they are fully qualified and conform to all legal checks.
Step 5
Lettings & Management
We’ll prepare the tenancy agreement and hand over the keys to the tenant. If you opt for our Fully Managed service, we’ll take care of the entire tenancy, allowing you to relax while we handle everything.

You will get access to our in-house maintenance and refurbishment team. Our experienced builders and skilled engineers can attend to your property from small maintenance work to a turn-key property refurbishment.
Discounted Rates for YPS Maintenance Services
All your property maintenance will be carried out by our in-house team at a discounted rate.
24-hour Emergency Response
We believe that the quicker we respond to a problem, the easier it is to fix it. Therefore, we provide a 24-hour emergency response service that covers any electrical, plumbing and security emergencies.
Secure Key Holding
Your keys will be securely held at our office safe.
Arranging Check-In & Check-Out Inventory Checks
We send our expert to your property who will carry out a detailed inventory check and schedule of condition. No arrangement/extra fee charged, only price of inventory which you can find here.
Rent Collection
We will collect the rent due from your tenants and pay you via BACS on the same day as we receive the rent.
Payments of Outgoings
We will pay all your payments of outgoing from utility bills, council tax and more.
Collecting and Forwarding Posts
We will collect your post and send them to you or alternatively we can scan and email them to you. No arrangement/extra fee charged.
Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
We will make sure your property certificates are up to date from Gas Safety, EICR, EPC and more. No arrangement/extra fee charged, only price of required certificate which you can find here.
Transfer of Utilities
We will notify all utility providers and council tax of change of tenancy and provide them details of new tenants. No arrangement/extra fee charged.
Regular Property Inspections
Your dedicated property manager will provide regular inspection reports that will be sent to you electronically with photographs.
Professional Deep Clean
We will arrange for your property to be professionally deep cleaned before each tenancy.
Arranging Deep Cleaning
We will arrange for a professional deep clean to be carried before and after a tenancy. No arrangement/extra fee charged, only price of cleaning which you can find here.
Tenancy Deposit Disputes
We will take care of any disputes regarding a tenants deposit and will liaise between the tenant and The Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
